Course Content

This program focuses on the key skills necessary to ensure that contracts achieve successful outcomes. Participants learn about and apply all key aspects of contemporary contract management, including legal issues, contract management planning, managing disputes and risk management. The program has a practical focus with participants practising in groups the techniques learnt in the program.
