Leading a new work culture for 2022

ABOUT THIS EVENT

The challenges over the past 24 months present a unique opportunity to reshape the culture of the workplace to better align with our organisational values and objectives.

It falls on senior leaders to lead this change in 2022 – but what kind of work culture do we wish to build for the future?

Our approach not only affects the future of our organisations, but also influences the shape of the workplace for years to come.

This session will explore how we define the future of our organisation and communicate it so that it can be translated into action.

This Deputy Secretary Deep Dive is an exclusive opportunity to engage with leaders from across the public, private, and community sectors on one of the greatest organisational challenges of our time.

In an increasingly complex and inter-dependent working environment, this event is also an opportunity for senior public sector leaders to build the types of professional networks that can support and encourage cross-sector collaboration and that were essential during NSW’s response to COVID.

Discussion at these events is held under the Chatham House Rule to encourage a free-flowing and open exchange of views.
