Insights for public sector managers as the ‘return to office’ begins

ABOUT THIS EVENT
How will you make the move to 2022? Will you start the year feeling energised or feeling exhausted? During 2021, the work for public sector leaders at all levels was about crisis management. But relying on that crisis management approach in 2022 won’t work, even if people have enjoyed a relatively normal summer break in 2022. This discussion will explore why a renewal mindset will be crucial in the year ahead and what practical steps public sector leaders and managers can do help create that new way of looking at the working world.

WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND
If you’re public sector manager or leader, or you are responsible for workforce planning, this this discussion will help you develop strategic and tactical ways of supporting your team in 2022. It will show you how to get in front of the ‘great resignation’ by re-recruiting your team before the holidays and giving you ideas on how to plan practical responses for the unknown risks in the year ahead.
