What is a learning pathway?

IPAA’s new learning pathways help you plan your learning journey and track your progress. It's a curated sequence of courses and events that we recommend to help you develop a specific skill or competency.

We’ve introduced 11 pathways to help you get to where you want to be. Are you new to the public sector? Do you work in the frontline or service customers? Are you wanting to keep up to date with our evolving sector? Do you want to nurture your network? Are you a new senior executive? Do you want to deepen your leadership? No matter where you are, there is an IPAA pathway to help you get where you want to be.

Our learning pathways give you:

  • Self-Awareness: Identify strengths and areas for improvement, so you can seek feedback and guidance.
  • Skill Acquisition: Gain relevant, in-demand knowledge and expertise in your field.
  • Professional Credibility: Demonstrate competence and capability to employers, clients, or peers.
  • Networking: Expand your network and opportunities by connecting with fellow learners, mentors, and experts.
