Working closely with the CEO, Peta oversees the governance of IPAA NSW. Peta also provides business support to members, the Board and Council, as well as the IPAA NSW team.
PUBLIC SECTOR DESIGN SPECIALIST
Nick is the editor of Ignite, our weekly thought-leadership service featuring articles and insights on public sector best practice. He also curates content for many IPAA NSW reports and publications.
Marketing IPAA NSW's events and courses is Mandy's main focus as well as keeping members, key stakeholders and the wider IPAA NSW community informed of the latest news, products and services.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As CEO, Madeleine oversees the strategic direction of the organisation. She liaises between Council, staff and key stakeholders to ensure membership offerings are aligned with the changing needs of the public sector.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR (MEMBERSHIP)
Managing member requests and those of key stakeholders is key to Richard's role along with the coordination of the Band 3 and Executive Director Breakfasts, sponsored by alliance partners.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR (LEARNING)
Leonie co-ordinates the successful delivery of all IPAA NSW public and in-house courses. She works closely with facilitators and is the first point of contact for all course enquiries and registrations.
DIGITAL AND LMS SPECIALIST
Charitha is responsible for IPAA NSW's digital and learning management system including online courses. Integrating technology into business processes to improve outcomes is also a key role for Charitha.
CONSULTING AND SOLUTION DESIGN LEAD
Jo drives the strategic priorities across the organisation, focusing on the creation of the event program. She ensures that members are at the centre of all IPAA NSW's products and services.
With responsibility for all financial transactions within IPAA NSW, Eva liaises with our members, customers and suppliers. She drives data integrity and reporting between our client platform and accounting software.
