Each year we run a large number of events, some of which are known as our flagship events. These flagship events are run every year in a format which has proven to be successful. Flagship events serve a number of purposes included providing insights into the challenges and opportunities facing the public sector, building confidence in the NSW public sector, developing the capabilities of those who attend and providing the opportunity to grow connections through networking opportunities.

These events bring together people from the NSW public sector, as well those working in the Commonwealth, private and community sectors.

Our flagship events include:

Picnic in the Park

Held in the stunning grounds of the Rose Garden Pavilion at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney, this event provides a relaxed setting for IPAA NSW members to network and kick off the new year.

International Women’s Day

Recognising the extraordinary contribution that women make to the NSW public sector in an evening of networking, conversation and inspirational speakers. 

CEO & YP Breakfast

Providing an opportunity for CEO's to engage with and nurture the young talent within their organisation.  

State Conference

Discussing big ideas with the potential to reshape what the public sector does and how it works.
