The workshop will equip you with the basic skills to function more effectively as a public servant. In this lively, interactive workshop you will explore “Government 101”.
You will finish the course with a deeper understanding of:

• The Constitution;
• Australia’s federal system;
• The interaction between the Commonwealth and the States/Territories;
• The separation of powers;
• Ministerial accountability and
• The role of the independent public service.
