Women’s Leadership Network: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

Breaking through a barrier that 70% of people say they have experienced.

Is this event for you?

Imposter Syndrome makes highly competent individuals question their own abilities, feel that they don’t belong, become disabled by anxiety and dismiss their own accomplishments.

It’s a condition that many women say they experience, particularly when they are moving up into more senior positions or moving between workplaces.

In this one hour webinar, we will explore practical tools and strategies that can help you understand and deal the uncomfortable feelings associated with Imposter Syndrome and to strengthen your ability to engage in your work with greater confidence.

If you are a woman aspiring to a leadership position, currently holding in a leadership role, or just thinking about taking the next step in your career, this event will help you to be your best.

This event is part of the work of the IPAA NSW Women’s Leadership Network, which aims to increase representation and support women aspiring to public sector senior leadership roles.

What will you gain?

This free Skills for Success event will explore the ideas that are behind Impostor Syndrome, why it holds women back in career advancement, and what you can do to reduce its impact on you.

Presented by Tulsi van de Graaff, a former lawyer with a professional background in psychology, mediation, investigation and counselling, this session will give you practical insights, actionable steps and useful resources to help you conquer Imposter Syndrome.

You’ll also be able to ask questions – anonymously if you prefer – about your own experience of Impostor Syndrome and the effect it has had on you.

Don't let Imposter Syndrome hold you back any longer. Register now to secure your spot at this free event.
