  • Decide which discussions to be minuted and which are omitted.
  • Decide which items need narration and which items only need decisions and actions recorded.
  • Determine timeframes for circulation of minutes.
  • Write concisely and significantly reduce your writing time.
  • Avoid common spelling and grammar mistakes.
  • Write clearly by learning to proofread and edit documents.

  • This course is best suited to new to minuting with little to moderate experience.
