What does it take to create a workplace where people feel they truly belong and are empowered to grow?
As organisations navigate rapid technological change, evolving employee expectations and increasing pressure to attract and retain talent, workplace culture has become a defining factor in organisational success.
Join IPAA NSW for an insightful Senior Leader Breakfast hosted by Anthony Mitchell from Bendelta exploring how leading organisations are building cultures that foster belonging, learning and long-term engagement.
This intimate one-hour conversation brings together two award-winning people and culture leaders whose organisations were recently recognised in Australia’s Best Places to Work awards.
You’ll hear from:
• Ceri Ittensohn, Chief People & Culture Officer at TAL Life, winner of the Belonging Award for creating a workplace where people feel included, respected, heard, valued and able to bring their authentic selves to work
• Pauly Grant, APAC & ANZ Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Groupe, winner of the Nurturing Award for an innovative AI learning program designed to help employees build capability, experiment with emerging technologies and apply learning in practical ways
Together, they’ll explore what high-performing workplace cultures look like in 2026.
This breakfast offers senior public sector leaders a valuable opportunity to hear directly from organisations leading the way in workforce culture and employee experience.
Whether you are leading organisational transformation, shaping workforce strategy or building leadership capability, this conversation will provide practical insights into creating environments where people and organisations can thrive.
