Deputy Secretary Breakfast: Navigating political landscapes

Deputy Secretary Breakfast: Navigating political landscapes, embracing technological shifts, and balancing legacy with emerging priorities.

Invitation Only Event

Please note that this is an invitation only event for senior public sector leaders.

ABOUT THIS EVENT?

As we look ahead to 2025, it's clear that leaders at the Deputy Secretary level and their equivalents will face a multitude of challenges.

From navigating political landscapes to embracing technological advancements and balancing the demands of legacy and emerging priorities within their organisations, the road ahead is complex.

Drawing parallels with the dynamic environment of the NSW public sector, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) stands as a prime example. We're thrilled to welcome David Anderson, the Managing Director of ABC, as our special guest for this event, brought to you in partnership with Bendelta.

David will delve into his wealth of experience in leading ABC. Together with your questions and insights, we aim to equip attendees with the knowledge and foresight to tackle the challenges that may arise in 2025 and beyond.

What will you gain?

Learn the elements of success while operating in an intensely political environment, navigating technological change, balancing legacy and emerging activities.

The session will include Q&A as well as peer-level discussions, with opportunities for all attendees to ask questions in an open and frank session held under the Chatham House Rule.
