Building and Leading High Performing Teams

Learn the strategies to help your team reach their potential.

Do you lead a team in which high performance is an absolute must?

Have you recently become a leader of a team that has been through disruption, change or conflict?

Are you looking to optimise team performance to achieve stretch goals and tight timelines?

If you want to build a high performing team that has the capacity to confront and rise to a challenge, support one another when things get tough and achieve success amidst uncertainty and volatility, don’t miss this course.

You will leave this course with the skills to manage and develop high performing teams and develop a strong understanding of the elements which contribute to team performance.

In this fast paced, high impact program, you will explore how you can rapidly and strategically enhance team performance and learn to recognise the signs that a team is underperforming.

You will finish this course knowing you can:

  • reflect on your personal experiences of high performing teams and what made them so.
  • understand the signs and symptoms of underperforming teams and how to recognise them.
  • learn a classic model of team development, the typical risks and leadership focus at each stage.
  • learn the TLC Solutions High Performing Elite Teams (HPET) Model, its 4 quadrants and 12 sub-factors.
  • understand a range of strategies, models and frameworks to build competence in each quadrant.
  • know what you can do to take action and build your very own high performing elite team.

You will also receive a range of model cards to take away with you as ready reference guides as you turn insights into action back in the workplace.
